About Us

I’m Shelby Wyatt and I am a Luxury Travel Designer based out of Austin, Texas. While I call Austin home, I’ve been fortunate to be able to travel extensively throughout my life to places including Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and more! While I enjoy all types of travel from leisure to adventure, some of my favorite experiences in my travels thus far have been scuba diving off the second biggest great barrier reef in the world in Roatan, Honduras, hiking with Elephants in an Elephant Sanctuary in Chiang Mai Thailand, and going on a Safari in the Thornybush Game Reserve in South Africa. It was after returning from an unforgettable trip of a lifetime to South Africa for my honeymoon, I decided to pursue my passion for travel as a career. I am thrilled to finally be able to bring the gift of amazing new experiences to others and hope to plan your next trip with you!

Current Obsession

My current obsession will always be my dog Louie. He is a 5 year old King Charles Cavalier who stole my heart from day one. Louie loves socks, sitting in laps, long walks around Town Lake, and going to the dog park. Louie loves to sit in my lap while I’m working so he may even make an appearance on one of our calls if you’re lucky!
Favorite Destination

My favorite destination, especially for honeymooners, is South Africa. This is a country that has so much to offer for any type of traveler. You’ve got the city and stunning views in Cape Town, the wineries and fine dining in Frranschoek and Stellenbosch, to the private wildlife reserves of Sabi Sands or Thornybush. If South Africa hasn’t made it to your list, this is one you need to be sure to add!
Best Piece of Travel Advice

Whenever I travel to a new country, I always try to include one activity in my itinerary where I learn something new about the culture. So, my advice to any of my clients would be to include at least one experience where you try something unfamiliar or leave with new skills or knowledge. Every destination in the world has something unique to offer their visitors. You’ll discover new ways of doing things and gain awareness of new customs, cultures, people, and places. Best of all - you’ll leave with a deep appreciation of your destination and the new skills you’ve developed!
Favorite Travel Memory

One of my favorite travel memories was going on my first safari in South Africa. There is something so unique and special about seeing wildlife, and particular the big five, in their natural habitat. The landscape is breathtaking and the knowledge you gain is bountiful! It was like being on an episode of natural geographic in real life!
